YDW series centrifugal fan is a new energy-saving centrifugal fan with high efficiency and low noise. It is made up of advanced multi-wing impeller, logarithmic spiral casing, adjustable speed internal direct-connected outer rotor and low noise three phase asynchronous motor, arc streamlined air inlet and other components.
1. Fan Characteristics
YDW series centrifugal fan is a new energy-saving centrifugal fan with high efficiency and low noise. It is made up of advanced multi-wing impeller, logarithmic spiral casing, adjustable speed internal direct-connected outer rotor and low noise three phase asynchronous motor, arc streamlined air inlet and other components. The fan is made into double-sided air inlet. The structure is novel, the dimension is small, the air volume is large, and the vibration is small. The motor voltage can be stepped down by a three-phase voltage regulator. The realization of stepless speed regulation to adapt to frequent changes in air volume is an ideal accessory product for air conditioning, purification, freezing, and car paint booth operations.
2. Fan structure
YDW series low noise centrifugal fan is mainly composed of casing, impeller, air inlet and motor.
1). The casing is made of high-quality steel plate surface sprayed or galvanized steel plate with no welding bite, and the appearance is generous. Heat and moisture resistant, durable.
2). The impeller is a front-wing multi-blade arc-shaped blade, which is riveted with the front plate and the middle plate. The material is made of galvanized steel plate. In order to ensure the precision of the impeller, all the parts of the impeller are stamped and formed by mould at one time . After the combination, the static and dynamic balance are corrected. Therefore, the impeller has less vibration during operation and good aerodynamic performance. Meanwhile, it has low noise and running smooth.
3). The air inlet is made of galvanized sheet and processed by mould. It is installed on both sides of the fan. Its axial parallel section is curved, with smooth air and less loss.
4). Motor: It adopts low-noise three-phase asynchronous motive of outer rotor. The impeller and the motor are connected by bolts to integrate, thus reducing the rotation loss and improving the overall efficiency of the fan. The fan speed can be adjusted by means of three-phase voltage regulator or frequency converter,in this way,the air volume can be changed by the speed of rotation.
5). The fan can be made into two types: "left-handed" and "right-handed". From the outlet end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise to the right-handed fan, on the other hand, it is called the left-handed fan. The fan outlet position can be made into various angles such as 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°.

It is especially suitable for air conditioning units with variable air volume and low noise.

1). The medium that the fan conveying is a air and gas that is non-corrosive, non-explosive, and free of viscous substances. The dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 120mg/m3.
2). The machine casing should have a good grounding.
3). The fan is strictly prohibited from being used full openly. The motor power of fan is the internal power plus the motor capacity safety factor in special cases,which is not the power required when the air outlet is fully open. Therefore, in order to prevent the motor from being burned by the super power operation, it is strictly forbidden to run under no air resistance. It must be running under the specified current. Otherwise,the motor will burn when power overload.
4). In order to ensure the safe operation of the fan, the motor phase loss protection device must be equipped during installation.
5). It is strictly forbidden to pull the motor wire when loading, unloading, transporting or moving the fan. The parts of the fan must not be bumped and squeezed by hard objects. Do not stack them in places with wet and corrosive items.
6). During the operation of the fan, if abnormal sounds or severe vibrations are found, the machine should be shut down immediately, the power supply should be cut off. The operation can be resumed only after the failure is found and eliminated.
7). When ordering, the model, specification, air flow, full pressure, speed, direction of the air outlet, and left and right rotations of the fan must be stated.
